 Update on Utility Billing

We are excited to announce that we are changing our utility billing provider to a company that better aligns with our needs and the inflow of new citizens. The registration for our new utility billing portal is officially open!

• Capability to update your account.

Register Now: Hilliard Utility Portal

 

Steps to Register:

  1. Go to the link provided.
  2. Click 'Sign in or Sign up'.
  3. Click 'Register'.
  4. Input the email associated with your utility account that you provided to the town.
  5. Create a password.
  6. Input your name and number.
     

NOTE: If you receive an error message stating there is no account associated with that email, please call the Town Hall office, and we can update your email on file.

Please ensure you register as soon as possible. Our current utility portal through the company Paya will be officially disabled as of 5 PM on 7/30/2024.

In addition to this message, we will be sending out notifications of this change with your next physical water bill when it is mailed out. To avoid late payments altogether, feel free to call our Town Hall office and sign up for automatic drafts via the town. There are no hidden fees as this is a free service!

If making a utility payment by phone or internet, after 5:00PM on the 25th of the month, please call & notify Town Hall at (904) 845-3555, during the office hours of 9:00AM - 5:00PM.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED AND HAVE MADE  A PAYMENT BY PHONE OR INTERNET, CALL AND NOTIFY TOWN HALL AT (904) 845-3555 DURING OFFICE HOURS OF 9:00AM - 5:00PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY TO BE RECONNECTED.
