SilverSneakers Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Boom Muscle:

Incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You’ll move through several “blocks,” which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups. The focus of this class is on toning muscles and building overall strength

Tuesday & Thursday - 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm 
 

Reminder: Arrive 10-15 minutes early to secure your space. Bring water. Limited space, 3 minimum required for class.

$5-7/class OR $30-35/unlimited monthly pass. Gym members can upgrade to All Inclusive for $20/month to get the classes added to their membership.
